I've been enjoying CoYo for so long now but only recently took the time to learn the story behind the business.  There are so many of these interesting and inspiring stories to read if we just take the time to take a look.  

CoYo was started by a couple from the Sunshine Coast.  Henry, who grew up in Fiji, was the brain behind the product.  He was talking with his wife Sandra about whether they should really take the plunge and start their own business while walking along the beach.  A coconut rolled up on shore in front of them and they took it as a sign - the rest is history as they say.  Check out their beautiful photos and more on their story on the @coyo_is_coconuts website.  Share the story behind your business by clicking on the 'share your story' button on my 'About' page.
