I'm Deidre, an independent photographer who also happens to have a passion for finding and sharing all that brings good to the world. so how do i bring these two things together?

I'm passionate about both equally - design and lifestyle photography for my clients through 'flashbulb moments' and snapshots and stories I share through a journal I've named 'inguz'.

Inguz Journal  I've learnt that most of my readers are men and women from 25-55 years who want snippets of useful, uplifting, educational information that they can easily access on their lunch break, when waiting to pick up their kids or parents, or simply when they have a few minutes in the evening.  With so much information out there, I want to share with you all that brings good to the world in bite sized and easy to read updates.  With a goal to be more mindful in how and what we consume (home, food, body and mind), I hope you enjoy exploring the information I share.  Inguz is the symbol behind my journal meaning 'where there's a will there's a way'.  A willingness to be more conscious of our decisions and making even the smallest of changes can have a big impact to all of our lives and that of others.
