It's a fact that colour has healing powers - it definitely has a positive influence on me! We hear about colour in the food we eat - "eat the rainbow" and it is something which is carefully considered by architects and designers in defining the feel and mood of a space.
I couldn't resist taking a photo of this rainbow silverbeet from Northey Street Organic City Farm Market. More than 1500 exotic and native fruit trees, bush food plants, shrubs and organic ground covers have been planted on the four hectare fram site since it was founded in 1994. Located along Breakfast Creek in Windsor, it has an amazing community spirit where you can grab a coffee from local roasters and something healthy to eat while doing your weekly shop every Sunday from 6am to noon. During the week the farm also runs volunteer programs and education sessions for all ages https://www.nscf.org.au/
